Overview

As the Marketing Insights Manager, your role will be pivotal in harnessing the power of data to drive our marketing strategies. We are seeking an individual with a deep analytical skill set and a mindset that thrives on data-driven decision making. Your ability to weave together data from various sources to tell a compelling story will be key in informing our marketing plans and driving lead generation. Responsibilities

•    Work collaboratively within a highly matrixed global organization to help inform and manage comprehensive, measurable marketing plans.
•    Utilize and master available metrics/tools to create insightful reports and dashboard for business units and functional areas. 
•    Analyze and report on complex marketing KPIs such as ROI, web engagement, paid search, social, email, MQLs/SQLs, opportunity value, conversion rates and more.  
•    Develop insights on effectiveness of marketing programs based on development of reports and analysis; act as a consultant to stakeholders to optimize long term program effectiveness.
•    Present on data-driven insights and strategies.
•    Manage reporting cadence for the Demand Center, collaborating with team members to deliver comprehensive, timely reporting to stakeholders. 
•    Provide guidance on KPI's and reporting formats; lead and implement best practices for digital marketing analytics.
•    Support and ensure adherence to business rules, processes, programs, naming conventions and procedures.
•    Collaborate with external vendors and internal functional groups to execute agreed-upon plans and programs.
•    Support the management of content inventory and other operational functions for the Demand Center. 


Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
•    4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
•    Industry experience with marketing performance metrics, data analysis, and dashboard and report creation. 
•    Understanding of CRM and marketing automation principles and practices; deep knowledge of marketing metrics and terminology. 
•    Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power BI. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Smartsheet a plus.
•    Detail-oriented and strong multitasking abilities. 
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•    Fluency in English. 
•    Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
