Essential Functions – Job responsibilities

•    Develop a good knowledge of Consumer Health HQ Offerings and IQVIA data, as well as various proprietary databases/tools in order to effectively guide and support the client-facing teams across all HQ /Local Consulting projects
•    Lead and support the development of syndicated offerings which includes internal management review reports and external reports
•    Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive complex (multi-faceted/multi-functional) projects that support development of existing and new HQ Offerings. 
•    Produce high quality analysis on client, market and competitive assessment to help the Global Consumer Health Team drive expansion of HQ Offerings to new geographies and customer segments.   
•    Work closely with Global CH management/Consulting/Information offering teams to deliver high visibility reports like Strategic Management Reports, Industry updates, data analytic support, financial revenue update for thought leadership tasks and other ad hoc tasks.
•    Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
•    Collaborate with the broader GDC teams to identify new capabilities, best practices and help enhance the productivity or optimize the cost. Identify new ways of working to make the team financially self-sustainable.
•    Coordinate with other project resources within and outside the organization.
•    Provide input into project proposals and RFPs.
•    Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.
•    Participates or leads teams in the design, development and delivery of projects or components of larger, complex projects.
•    Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals of cost effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
•    Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
•    Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
•    May identify new business opportunities of follow-on work and new leads at assigned client.
•    Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related project methodologies and consumer health market through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities. Begins to develop CoE specific subject matter expertise.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's/MBA Degree  Req
• more that 8-10 years of related experience Req
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace.
• Knowledge of professional/trade associations, key people and companies.
• Effective time management skills.
