Field Service Agent

Position Description:

Our Field Service Agent position a unique opportunity to grow your technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and participating in technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for assisting Field Service Technicians with collecting, sanitizing, updating and servicing infusion pumps onsite at a medical system in Nashville, TN. This is a great opportunity to develop and advance your technical skills!

Responsibilities:

· Assist technician staff with servicing infusion pumps.

· Manually move and carry medical equipment and un-box medical devices from shipping or storage containers

· Full-time commitment requiring travel in between local facilities as needed

· Expected 40 hour commitment per week, with some potential for overtime. Most days would be scheduled as 7am to 3:30pm - may require the ability to stay early or flex schedule to meet the service schedule needs for the facility.

· Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.

· Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1-2 years of technical experience in a hospital setting preferred. Other Field Technician experience in healthcare setting will be considered.

· Professional business acumen and strong customer service skills required.

· An active and unrestricted driver license, and a personal vehicle to use for transportation in between medical facilities in Nashville, are required for this position

· Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system

· Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

·Ability to walk an up to 10miles on average within the facilities daily.

· Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status

The potential base pay range for this role is $25 - $27 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
