Tasks and responsibilities

As an Engagement Manager you will help life sciences companies develop & implement global solutions in the value & evidence domain.

Main task is supporting IQVIA Global Account Teams bringing in expertise in the vaccine business domain:

  • Build trust & credibility with the client global vaccine business unit
  • Position & grow the IQVIA RWS strategy portfolio
  • Engaged with customers increasing confidence in provided solutions & desired outcomes
  • Assist Global Delivery Teams by introducing quality review and strategic insights that resonates with the vaccine business.

Required knowledge, skills & abilities

Formal qualifications and experience

  • +7 years in supporting strategy consulting or Industry expertise in Vaccines - pharmaco-epidemiology, medical affairs, value evidence, health economics and outcomes research.
  • Seasoned expert in providing strategic advice on evidence generation alongside the vaccine life cycle (early clinical to maturity)
  • Have expertise in Vaccine-Preventable disease epidemiology, health economics or pricing and market access with a focus on vaccine development strategy including early commercial.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of integrated evidence requirements in vaccine development from the burden of disease metrics (e.g., incidence, prevalence, mortality, risk factors, etc.) to vaccine features (e.g., efficacy/ safety, dosing, duration of immunity, herd immunity, etc.) and stakeholder's preferences or behaviors (patients, HCP, NITAG groups, payers, etc.)
  • Has worked in an International role for strategy consulting and/or pharmaceutical organizations with experience on vaccines
  • Background:
    • Master degree in Life Science domain (ideally PhD)
    • Master degree in marketing and economics
